Business Listing Terms

Who may list
You may create or claim a listing only if you are authorised by that business to do so.
Accuracy
You must keep the listing accurate. Information that becomes wrong should be corrected promptly. We record when a listing was last updated and show it publicly.
Categories and services
You may select only categories and services the business genuinely offers. The platform caps the number of categories a listing can hold, and selections beyond that cap are not saved. Listing a business under categories it does not serve is a breach of these terms.
Areas
"Located in" and "areas served" are separate fields and must both be truthful. Declaring areas the business does not serve is a breach of these terms.
Content you upload
You confirm you have the right to use every image, logo and description you upload, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. Uploaded images are re-encoded by the platform.
What we may do
We may edit obvious errors, reclassify a listing that is in the wrong category, suspend a listing that breaches these terms, merge duplicate listings, or remove a listing entirely. Where practical we will tell you first.
No guarantee of enquiries
We do not guarantee that listing a business will produce enquiries, traffic, rankings or revenue.
Status of this document
