What you can ask for

• A copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction of information that is wrong.
• Deletion of your account and the personal information attached to it.
• Withdrawal of marketing consent, at any time, without affecting service messages.

How to ask

Send the request from the email address on the account, using the contact details on the Contact & Legal Notice page. Tell us which of the above you want. We may need to confirm your identity before acting.

Timing

We aim to respond within thirty days. If a request is complex we will tell you and explain the delay.

What deletion does

Deleting your account removes your account record and disconnects you from any listing you managed. The listing itself may remain on the platform as a business record. Enquiries you sent remain with the businesses that received them, because they hold their own copy. Records we are required to keep by law are retained for the required period.

Verification documents

You can ask us to delete documents you submitted for verification. Deleting them may mean a verified listing has to be reverified.
