Our material

The platform's software, design, structure, page layouts, wording written by us, and the LocalDubaiBusiness name and marks belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, republish or create derivative works from them without written permission.

Business material

Logos, images and descriptions supplied by a business remain that business's property. By uploading them, the business grants us a non-exclusive licence to display them on the platform and in listings.

Reporting infringement

If you believe material on this platform infringes your rights, contact us with: identification of the material and where it appears, identification of the right you hold, your contact details, and a statement that you believe the use is not authorised. We will review and, where appropriate, remove the material.

Repeat infringement

We may suspend or remove listings that repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
