Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid sponsored placement products — Elite and Featured. Listing a business, claiming a listing and submitting for verification are free and involve no payment.

Before a campaign starts

A campaign that has not yet started may be cancelled, and any amount paid for it is refundable, less any costs already incurred in preparing it.

After a campaign starts

Once a campaign is running, the placement is being delivered. Refunds for a started campaign are considered case by case, and any refund is normally pro-rated for the unused portion.

If we cancel

If we suspend or remove a campaign because a listing breached our policies, no refund is due for the remaining period. If we cancel for any other reason, the unused portion is refunded.

What is never refundable by its nature

Verification is not a paid product, so no refund question arises. Organic ranking is not a paid product and cannot be purchased.
