Using the platform

You can browse, search and use Ask LocalDubai without an account. An account is needed only to save businesses or to manage a listing.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry, your name, email, optional phone number and requirement are passed to the business you selected. Send only information you are willing to share with that business.

Fair use

Do not submit enquiries you do not mean, do not send abusive content through our forms, and do not use the platform to harvest contact details in bulk.

Reporting incorrect information

You can report an inaccurate listing from its profile page. Reports go to a moderation queue. Nothing changes on a public page automatically because of a report.

Reviews

This platform does not publish customer star ratings or reviews. The LocalDubai Profile Score is not a review score.

Status of this document
